About the Founder
SOURAV MONDAL
Sourav Mondal is a Spoken English Mentor, Communication Coach, and Educator committed to helping students and working professionals develop confidence and fluency in English communication.
He holds an Honours degree in English Literature from the University of Calcutta and is a TESOL Certified Mentor from the World TESOL Academy, London (United Kingdom). In addition to his academic background, he is also a Certified Life Coach (OHSC) and has received certifications from Invest India (National Investment Promotion Agency) and the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
Before starting his independent training journey, Sourav worked as a Senior Student Counselor at Ufaber Edutech Pvt. Ltd., where he spent 1.5 years guiding and mentoring students in their learning and career development journeys. His experience in the education industry has helped him understand the real challenges students face when trying to improve their communication skills.
Through his teaching, Sourav focuses on practical communication, real-life speaking practice, and confidence-building techniques that help learners overcome hesitation and speak English naturally in professional and social environments.
